We build
Digital
Employees.

Automate Shift isn't just another agency. We are the automation infrastructure for SMBs ready to stop leaking revenue and start scaling with confidence.

The problem

Where the revenue leak starts

Most businesses have the same two problems. Either their pipeline is dry (a Lead Problem), or leads are coming in but nothing captures them fast enough (a Leak Problem).

When a lead comes in and isn't contacted within 5 minutes, conversion rates plummet by 70%. When your team spends hours manually qualifying and tracking data, that's capital burned on admin overhead.

At Automate Shift, we deploy Digital Employees that bridge this gap. We don't just find you the gold; we build the vault to keep it in.

We deploy infrastructure."
Core pillars

Built on three fundamentals

Reliability

Your digital employees don't sleep, call in sick, or make data entry errors. We build systems that run 24/7 with full observability.

99.9%
uptime

Precision

Every automation is scoped to your exact bottleneck. No bloated software or generic templates. Targeted solutions for targeted problems.

days to deployment

Scale

We build the foundation today that will support your traffic tomorrow. 10 leads a month or 10,000. The system holds.

Philosophy

Why work with someone who grows with you

Software vendors want to sell you more seats. We want to sell you less stress.

Human-first design

If your team can't use it on their phone in 30 seconds, we won't build it.

Tool agnostic

We don't care if it's Airtable, your CRM, or a spreadsheet. We care that it works.

Zero fluff

No 'AI-powered synergy.' Just systems that work while you sleep.

Security

Privacy built in, not bolted on

We don't store your data. We don't hold on to your customers' information. Security isn't a feature we add at the end. It's a constraint we design around from the start.

Data masking

Personal information is scrubbed and replaced with placeholders before it hits any external system. Privacy is hard-coded, not bought.

Transit encryption

AES-256 encryption from source to destination. Your data travels through secure pipes, always.

Zero retention

Data exists only during execution. Nothing gets stored on our end. No digital clutter or liability left behind.

Least-privilege access

API keys are scoped to specific modules only. No system has access to more than it needs to do its job.

Where we start

Build for the future

Every engagement begins with an intake audit. We don't just look at what you can automate. We look at how your whole business is set up to receive and process work. We build on rails that scale.

About Automate Shift

Will Cooper, Chief Automation Engineer
Will Cooper
Chief Automation Engineer

Before Automate Shift, I spent five-plus years in marketing at Gates Corporation, a global manufacturer, working alongside IT and global systems teams on a daily basis. I watched, up close, how disconnected legacy systems create real operational drag: the workarounds, the manual re-entry, the decisions made on stale data because two systems that should talk to each other simply don't. That experience is what eventually pulled me into automation and infrastructure work, not as an outside vendor pitching a fix, but as someone who had already lived the problem from the business side.

Today, Automate Shift builds private, self-hosted automation infrastructure for businesses that can't, or won't, hand their operational data to a black-box SaaS platform. That's not a marketing claim. My own business runs on the same architecture I build for clients: self-hosted CRM, private automation pipelines, Zero Trust access controls, all running on infrastructure I manage myself. If something breaks, I'm the one who fixes it, the same accountability I bring to every client engagement.

Whether you're a manufacturer trying to get a decades-old ERP talking to modern tools, or a local service business tired of losing jobs to gaps in your intake process, the goal is the same: infrastructure that actually works for how your business runs, not the other way around.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to change my existing software?

No. We build bridges to whatever you're already using. If it has an API or a webhook, we can connect to it. If it doesn't, we find another way.

How long does it take to get up and running?

Most single-system builds take 7 to 14 days from kickoff to live. More complex setups with multiple systems run 3 to 4 weeks.

What happens if something breaks?

We monitor everything we build. If a connection fails or an API changes, we know about it, often before you do, and we fix it.

Do you store my customers' data?

No. Your data stays in your systems. We build the pipes that move it. We don't hold on to it.

Is this a software subscription I'm buying?

No. You're buying a built system plus the ongoing support to keep it running. The only platform you log into is to see your ROI. Everything just works in the background.

Who handles support?

You deal directly with the same person who built your system. No ticket queues, no outsourced support.

What if I want to add more automation later?

Easy. Every system we build is designed to expand. Most clients start with one thing and add a second or third within a few months.
